| Laura happily displays atmospheric science! The air pressure at 8000 feet (2440m) is about 79% of the pressure exerted at sea level. The pressure of the gas in our sealed bag of our Pita Chips was probably near the pressure found at sea level, thus the higher pressure inside the bags forced the bag "poof" into the weaker air pressure where this picture was taken. |
