  RJH_4938.JPG - Believe it or not, this funky rock used to be pumice (frothy volcanic glass) from an eruption older than 224 million years ago.  It was subsequently altered to make the funky rock seen here.  Ou can really see the pumice chunks in the weathered, redder portion of the rock.
